PRIVACY & RETURN POLICY
If your wine has been damaged in transit, or you feel there are problems with your wine, please contact Hindsight Wines so that we may resolve the issue. Should there be proper cause, we will refund your purchase, including shipping. You must call for an authorization pickup number before sending any wine back to our warehouse.
To get an authorization pick up number, send an email to: email@example.com. Please give us your name, address, invoice number, phone number and time we can reach you and we will email you a return authorization number as quickly as possible.
Hindsight Wines will arrange to have the package picked up and returned to us right away. Once the package is returned, we will assess the contents in order to refund and/or replace any damaged wine you’ve purchased.
Should you have problems with the receipt of your package, please email us within 10 days of the delivery date. Make certain that you insert the cork all of the way back in the bottle leaving the contents of the wine in the bottle for inspection. If the bottles are broken or otherwise damaged, Hindsight Wines will advise how to handle replacement with you and the carrier.
