2013 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley

This is only the second Reserve Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon we have made. We selected 16 out of 134 barrels from the amazing 2013 vintage to make this wine. Each of these 16 barrels clearly stood out as exceptional in multiple tastings. The wine was aged 24 months in French oak. Decanting suggested. Deep in color, this beautiful cabernet shows off it signature aromas of dark ripe berries that is generously layered with coffee and mocha. On the palate, it shows off its soft, lush mouthfeel with silky, but weighty, tannins, complemented by good acidity and viscosity. A dynamic, complex, long, full finish reveals its potential for longevity.
394 cases produced.

Will be released in 2016. Stay tuned!
