Privacy & Return Policy
At Hindsight Wines your privacy is respected. All information that you have provided us, or will provide us with, is protected. It will not be sold, rented, or relinquished to any other company. If you have opted out of our Mailing List and wish to be placed on the list again, re-join on the Mailing List page of this website.
If your wine has been damaged in transit or you feel there are problems with your wine, please contact Hindsight Wines so that we may resolve any issues. Should there be cause, we will refund your purchase, including shipping. You must call for an authorization pickup number before sending any wine back to our warehouse.
To get an authorization pick up number, send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please give us your name, address, invoice number, phone number and time we can reach you and we will email you with a return authorization number as quickly as possible.
Hindsight Wines will arrange to have the package picked up and returned to us right away. Once the package is returned, we will inspect the contents in order to either refund or replace any damaged wine you've purchased.
Should you have problems with the receipt of your package, please email us within 10 days of the delivery date. Please insert the cork all of the way back in the bottle leaving the contents of the wine in the bottle for inspection. If the bottles are broken or otherwise damaged, Hindsight Wines will advise how to handle replacement with you and the carrier.
Wine Club Agreement & Cancellation Policy
By registering with Hindsight Wines you agree to the following:
- I certify that I am 21 years of age or older.
- I accept that it is my responsibility to notify the winery of any change of address, telephone, e-mail, or credit card information at least two weeks prior to scheduled shipments. Should a credit card be declined for two shipments, the membership will be canceled.
- Hindsight Wines is not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred due to misdirected or returned shipments.
- I understand that I may cancel my allocation or Wine Club membership by email or in writing at any time other than the two weeks preceding a scheduled shipment.
- I authorize Hindsight Wines to charge my credit card for the cost of each of my selected wine shipments, plus applicable sales tax and shipping, immediately prior to each shipment.
